Find The Right Fit
How Do You Want To Grow?
Choose a concentrated project, a continuing group, or a special opportunity with a guest artist. Each option gives you more time, guidance, and depth than a one-time clay experience.
Focused Intensives
Spend several sessions learning one technique or completing one kind of project. You might explore a form, construction method, surface treatment, or firing process from start to finish.
Ongoing Series
Develop your skills and creative momentum in a recurring program. Enroll for a shorter block, make alongside a familiar group, and continue into another block when you are ready.
Visiting Artists + Special Programs
Learn a distinctive technique or point of view from a working artist or specialist. These limited programs offer experiences that are not part of the regular Firebox curriculum.

Questions Before You Book
What To Expect.
Do I Need Experience?
It depends on the program. Some welcome beginners, while others require basic clay experience or a particular skill. The experience level is shown with each program.
Do I Attend Every Meeting?
Plan to attend every date in a fixed intensive because the sessions build on one another. Ongoing series are booked in shorter blocks.
What Is Included?
Materials, clay, firing, and tool use vary by program. Check the program details before booking so you know what is provided and whether there are additional costs.
Will Programs Repeat?
Some ongoing series and popular intensives return. Visiting artist and specialist programs may be offered only once, so book early if one speaks to you.
